2. Scope of Application and Conclusion of Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the Seller and any natural or legal person who enters into a purchase agreement through the online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" or "Customer").
The purchase agreement is concluded when the Customer submits an order and the Seller accepts it by sending an order confirmation via email.
By submitting an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All product prices listed in the online store are final and include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) (The Seller is VAT registered: SK1121316911).
The delivery costs (shipping fees) are clearly displayed to the Buyer in the shopping cart before the final checkout and order submission.
The Buyer may pay the purchase price using the payment methods made available during the checkout process (e.g., Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
4. Delivery Terms
The Seller shall deliver the goods to the Buyer within the agreed delivery time. For custom-made products (goods with individualized printing), the delivery time may be extended by the time required for their production.
Delivery is made to the shipping address specified by the Buyer in the order form.
The Buyer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging upon delivery. In the event of visible transit damage, this must be reported immediately to the courier and the Seller.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers: In accordance with European and Irish consumer protection laws, a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which they acquire physical possession of the goods.

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal (Important!): The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (for example, custom-printed tents, marquees, and gazebos). Due to the bespoke nature of these products, cancellation or return is not possible once production has commenced.
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
6. Warranty and Complaints
For consumers in Ireland, goods are covered by statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act. The goods must be of merchantable quality, fit for their intended purpose, and as described. For business buyers (B2B), different warranty conditions may apply in accordance with commercial law.
Complaints must be submitted in writing (e.g., via email or the contact form). In the event of a verified defect, the product must subsequently be sent to the return address in Slovakia (Velky Lapas).
7. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Buyer shall be governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. However, if the Buyer is a consumer with their habitual residence in Ireland, this choice of law does not deprive them of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of Irish consumer protection law.
