How to proceed when uploading a photo?

  • Photograph your tent from a distance of 1–4 metres. You don't need to set it up; a shot as it is currently stored is sufficient.
  • We need to see the actual condition: Please do not attach invoices or illustrative photos from the internet. It is essential that we see your tent or its frame directly.
  • Why is this important? Only from a current photograph can we accurately determine the tent's production batch and send you the correct part. Unfortunately, this is not technically possible from a description or an invoice.

    • After you submit the form, we will quickly review your request and promptly send you a direct link to the specific parts in our e-shop, where you can find the price and the option to order. If you can’t upload the photo, send it to us by e-mail or WhatsApp.
