Do you want to get your new pop-up tent as soon as possible? We ship orders every business day before 1:00 PM. Our stock levels are continuously updated, so you always see the current availability. If a product is out of stock, we do not display it to avoid unpleasant surprises.

When ordering a tent with advertising print, the shipping time is extended. The exact date is indicated directly on the print service page, where you will find all details.

Delivery of your foldable tents also depends on the selected payment method. For bank transfers, the payment must be credited to our account before 1:00 PM on a business day. If the payment arrives later, the order will be shipped the next business day. We ship goods only after payment is received. Payment is made based on a proforma invoice you receive by email.

All other payment methods, such as card payment, do not affect the processing and packing speed of your order. Please note that shipments are not sent or delivered on weekends and holidays.

The average delivery time by courier is indicated for each product. It is an approximate time that depends on the carrier. We ship exclusively with verified courier services: DPD and GLS. The choice of carrier is up to us to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery, considering the weight and dimensions of the package.
